Our Service Commitment

Responsiveness: We strive to acknowledge all email and WhatsApp inquiries within 4 business hours during office hours (Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM GMT+3).
Professionalism: Our team is trained to handle all queries—from bulk quotes to product defects—with courtesy, clarity, and professionalism.

Returns and Refunds (Damaged/Defective Goods)

Reporting Period: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify BQ Scholar’s Shop customer service within 48 hours of delivery.
Process: We will arrange for the return of the defective item and, upon verification, offer a full replacement or a refund, covering the return cost where the fault is ours.
Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene, opened personal care items (shavers, towels, etc.) and marked books are generally non-returnable unless defective.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order for a full refund if the cancellation request is received and confirmed before the order has been handed over to our delivery partner.
