Delivery Zones and Rates
Kampala Metropolitan: Standard delivery within 24-48 hours. A fixed rate applies. Upcountry/Rest of Uganda: Delivery timeframe is 2-5 business days. Rates are calculated based on parcel weight and volume, displayed clearly at checkout.
Delivery Timeframes
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and packed within 4 hours of payment confirmation during business hours. Estimated Delivery Time (ETA): The ETA is provided at checkout. Please note that upcountry deliveries may be subject to external transport network delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or WhatsApp message containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your order’s status with our logistics partner.
Receiving Your Order
Inspection: Please inspect the package immediately upon receipt. Do not sign for the delivery if the package appears severely damaged or opened. Signature: A signature is required for all deliveries. Please ensure the designated recipient is available at the provided address during the delivery window. If delivery fails, we will attempt one re-delivery, after which the item may be held for pickup or returned at the buyer’s cost.
