We process all electronic transactions through Pesapal, our trusted third-party payment provider. Pesapal is a recognized and secure platform that facilitates local and international payments.
Security Commitment: BQ Scholar’s Shop does not store any of your debit card, credit card, or bank account details. All sensitive information is handled directly by Pesapal using industry-standard encryption and security protocols (SSL/TLS), ensuring your financial data remains secure.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

For your convenience, we offer multiple authentic and verifiable ways to complete your purchase:
Mobile Money (MTN MoMo & Airtel Money): You can pay instantly using your mobile money account. Instructions for generating the payment confirmation will be provided during checkout.
Debit and Credit Cards: We accept all major cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) processed securely via the Pesapal gateway.
Bank Transfer: You can transfer funds directly to our designated business bank account. Please note that orders paid via bank transfer will only be processed once the funds have fully cleared (typically 24–48 hours).
Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.):
This option is available for specific items and within defined geographical zones (e.g., Kampala Metropolitan area).
Authenticity Note: C.O.D. may be limited for high-value or customized bulk orders. We require exact change upon delivery to ensure efficiency and minimize delays.

3. Transaction and Billing Authenticity

Currency: All transactions and pricing are conducted in Uganda Shillings (UGX).
Billing Integrity: Your digital invoice from BQ Scholar’s Shop serves as your official proof of purchase. Please retain it for warranty claims, returns, or accounting purposes.
Verification: For security purposes, BQ Scholar’s Shop reserves the right to verify payment details before dispatching high-value orders. Any delays in payment clearance (e.g., in the case of bank transfers) will directly affect the delivery timeline.

4. Failed Payments

In the event of a failed transaction:
Please first check your payment details or contact your bank/mobile network provider.
If the issue persists, please contact our Customer Service team immediately for assistance before attempting the transaction again.
