These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of all scholastic and general merchandise from BQ Scholar’s Shop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Order Acceptance and Pricing
Acceptance: Your order is an offer to buy. Acceptance is confirmed when BQ Scholar’s Shop sends an email confirming shipment. Pricing: All prices are listed in Uganda Shillings (UGX) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing prior to shipment.
Product Quality and Availability
Description: We strive to ensure product descriptions (including specifications and illustrations) are accurate. However, minor variations may occur. Stock: All sales are subject to stock availability. If an item is unavailable after payment, we will contact you immediately to offer a suitable alternative or a full refund.
Payment and Risk
Payment: Full payment is required upon placing the order. We accept Mobile Money (MTN/Airtel), Bank Transfer, and approved cards via secure third-party payment platforms. Risk: Risk of damage or loss passes to you upon delivery of the goods to the address specified in your order.
